Sky. Island. Forest | Linyunzhu Demonstration Area

The project is located in the new urban area of Zhengzhou, adjacent to the urban park on both sides of the north and south. The layout of the building within the community creates a complete and concentrated "Central Park" landscape of nearly 15,000 square meters, thus forming a high-quality pattern of "twin parks both inside and outside". As a demonstration area on the east side of the "Central Park", it will be the main pedestrian entrance for the whole community in the near future. Therefore, we define the demonstration area as the "park gateway".

ANALYSIS

This is a non-demolition demonstration area with a total area of 3000 square meters, divided into two parts: the front square and the backyard.

The front square is a commercial space along the street, the analysis section from city to architectural layers, which take the urban interface updates, commercial space parking, fire emergency pathway, the commercial atmosphere makes the four key functions. The main entrance plaza of the sales office also has two functions: creating a sense of entrance ceremony as well as guiding visitors to the site.



The backyard as the main space of the "park gateway", surrounded by two high-rise buildings in the north and south and the sales office building in the east.



In order to achieve the most vivid expression of the design. In this small forest, we take the nature perceived by art as an intermediary, trying to construct a clue to weave the site together, to conceive a scene to fold the present and the future together, and to find a fulcrum to place the concept of life in our site. Such a natural and gentle "Sky • Island • Forest" is placed in the entrance space of the community, and becomes the first scenery that residents perceive when they get home, as if its like a place to set you free. Stepping into nature, returning to art and nature is the most comfortable home-coming experience.
