SUNAC Yangzhou Yin

Inspired by the history and scenery of Yangzhou, the project is designed with the theme of water. The overall space is designed to feature the water elements. Glass and colored glaze are the main materials to create a sense of transparency. The palette is a large area of black white gray and gold, dotted with the green of the clear water. The starting point of all designs is inseparable from people and environment, and Yangzhou is even more closely connected with traditional culture. The profound historical civilization will help shape life, people and rivers into an inseparable integration.



Located in the historical city Yangzhou, the sales center focus on highlighting the water landscape through finishes and installations, conveying the local culture in the space. The design is simple and pure, with humanistic care, balance between aesthetics and function, achieving a more perfect fusion of the three aspects. The environment and people complement each other, and the visual impact of artistic aesthetics and the innovative ideas discovered by design are ultimately aimed at refining life and forming a resonance.



At the reception area, the art installation of flowing water where a boat carries people recalls the impression of Yangzhou from ancient times. An artwork called "The Perfection" shows the crystal of water drop, the softness of the waterline, and the continuous extension of the waves. Corresponding to "The Perfection" is another art installation made of wooden round rods, mixing a part of transparent glazed round rods, which is affected by the natural light beside the floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing the space flexibility and cohesion.



The main materials include top cowhide, shell finish, metal and glass. In the negotiation area on the second floor, there is a water bar where the table is made of shells, which will generate a soft reflection under the light. The water bar accessories are mainly transparent in black and white gray. After the lights in the alcove are lit, it creates a transparent and misty atmosphere.
