Chongqing Huayu Yujing Yuelai

The Yujing Yuelai project is an important part of the entire eco-city. It is divided into 7 plots with a total building volume of about 365,000 square meters. Its demonstration area is located next to the Gaoyikou subway station, enjoying unique transportation advantages. Starting from the inherent ecological characteristics of the site, the building is hidden in the environment, and the original natural resources are used to create a low-key luxury, modern and elegant high-end demonstration area.

Egret turned into an image messenger is one of the design inspirations. Connect people and the natural environment seamlessly, fully consider the organic and inorganic structures of other organisms in nature, and look for conditions to reference some biological and organic life in the creation of the plan. However, this does not mean simply bringing organic life into the construction project, but an effective integration of the building with its external space and even the urban ecological green belt.

The mountain city of Chongqing carries too many memories that are deeply imprinted in people's hearts, but as time goes by, this kind of memory is being eaten up little by little by the rapidly developing city, and occasionally there will be some traces of history. The faint fragrance is constantly exuding, touching our nostalgic thoughts, let us pick up the past "bricks and tiles" and show her what she should be.

Embracing this ideal, the regional architectural culture is researched and refined in the design of this project, and it is re-interpreted with modern construction techniques, so that people can retrieve the fragments of memory and restore their former life scenes.

Our design team upholds the design concept of "being upright, returning to simplicity and trueness", while maintaining the simplicity of modern architecture, it inherits the essence of traditional house culture and gardens, and emphasizes the harmony and unity of man, nature and the city. Regarding architecture and nature as an ecosystem, through the organization and design of various physical factors in the interior and exterior spaces of the building, materials and energy are circulated in an orderly manner within the building ecosystem.
