The U World

Located in Guangming district, the project is slotted between Guanguang Road and Mingzheng Road, with convenient access to a commercial complex on the west and other residential communities nearby. Part of the challenge involves addressing a remarkable height difference of 9 metres between adjacent roads, measuring 32 metres at the highest point and 23 metres at the lowest.

The site spans 46,019.51 square metres. Plot ratio is 4.0 while building height is capped at 120 metres.

The site is planned upon the principles of new urbanism with a unique focus on landscaping to create a park environment for the luxury residence. Buildings are also set far apart from each other for better views. Combining an emphasis on health and sports and a respect for nature, the landscape features a smooth circular route across a multilayered programme of space, demonstrating a harmony of the built and natural environment empowered by contemporary design.
