Time Holiday Village

Time Holiday Villa is an advanced pre-fabricated mobile hotel room that is easy to transport and assemble on any scenic destination, without the need for permanent structure and foundation, thus causing minimal harm to the natural environment. This also allows for almost zero construction waste to be developed on site, and can be dismantled easily and reused on a new desired environment. Time Holiday Villa aims to let every users to embrace wilderness and nature while maintaining the comfort of living in the interiors of a modern hotel room equipped with standard amenities and smart home system. The portable living unit takes after a conventional container size of 3mx3mx10m where all the elements are built and pre-fabricated on a factory site. Once transported on site, a distictive feature of the living unit is the ability to expand the living space by pulling out middle portion which houses the bed and sleeping area. This provides greater space flexibilty and comfort for the users. The distinctive organic exterior shell structure made of fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) will then be assembled on the sides of the mobile hotel structure, this allows for the placement of mechanical and equipments to be housed within the shell. The entire dynamic design is inspired by the curves of nature and seeks to break away from the traditional container-like typology of mobile homes today. The interior design of the room adopts a simple and modernistic approach, creating a comfortable living space for the users.
