Soirée Beauty

Soirée Beauty located in Port of Spain, Trinidad was designed with a fresh and playful but sophisticated palette of emerald greens, blush pinks and gold and black accents throughout. Oversized wall murals of flora and fauna paired with floor to ceiling grass and floral walls, bring the space to life while adding depth and various layers of texture to the space. Monstera leaf and flamingo motifs are also prominent in the artwork as it stems from the owner's branding concept of the salon.The "Industrial Chic" space was designed with the end user in mind; each guest should be able to have a sensory and tactile experience. Each zone within the open plan concept was designed as its own entity but flows seamlessly into each other. The waiting area and retail space features a floor to ceiling grass wall and delicate gold shelving and pink furniture, the dressing room is bright and airy with a crystal chandelier and light pink walls. Velvet curtains in this space also add a layer of luxury. The hair washing and pedicure station feature printed porcelain tile and monstera leaf motifs with oversized chairs while the manicure and makeup stations alternate between plush velvet chairs in shades of emerald green and blush pink. The tiny coffee bar also features gold furniture and a delicate floral niche. Lastly, the waxing station and dry bar feature an oversized floral mural and light pink locker-style cabinets which add a playful element to the design. The lighting was also an important element in the design; in addition to recessed lighting throughout, a range of industrial styled globe chandeliers and pendant lights were used to highlight each zone within the space.
