Fan Wenhua Headquarters Industry Park

The contemporary high-tech industrial park is developing rapidly. Fan Wenhua, as a professional skincare company, established a new headquarters industrial park in Huadu District, Guangzhou, aiming to set a benchmark for corporate headquarters in the industry and shape the city’s image.

The project includes science and technology building, office building, production factory and dormitory, which are mainly used for visiting, working and living.

The GWP design team combined the corporate culture, extracted the design concept of "Flowers blooming, Continuing the beauty in the world", and integrated into the building with an enveloping flower posture to create an industrial park that reflects the characteristics of corporate culture. Through the surrounding three-dimensional garden, diversified and shared ecological experience, the design creates a highly comfortable and energetic ecological scene. With the interesting and scattered landscape layout and humanized ecological green atmosphere, GWP will create a high-quality industrial and production base.
