LIQUIDTOOL analyzes the characteristics of lubricating fluids of industrial machinery and optimizes their use, allowing production to proceed constantly, safely and with the same performance throughout all the working time.

It has a main body that collects, analyzes and re-enter the fluid in the machine by adjusting its parameters and a token that communicates data via RFID connection to the smartphone. Both are equipped with magnets to be applied to the machine without compromising its structure.

Finally, it is equipped with leds that allow you to already understand at a distance, through different light signals, how the machine is working.

Before creating this instrument, fluid analysis operations were carried out manually usually every 2 months; LIQUIDTOOL performs them automatically (with robot-like precision) every 30 minutes and its totally autonomous first step intervention, together with prompt requests for the human one, has been established to lead to a 30% increase in productivity.

Other positive aspects in lower concentrations of chemicals in fluids are the reduction of allergies from chemicals for users and an entire production more sustainable.
