In the interior design of this project, we well balanced three aspects. The first is about modern expression and traditional humanistic spirit. Instead of simply imitating traditional forms, we invoked techniques of classical Chinese gardens with contemporary design expressions and full respect to actual functional demands. The second is about the integration of natural presentation and artificial creation. We made full use of natural light and outdoor landscape to obtain "design without design" and save energy. The third is the systematic connection between interior design and architecture and landscape design. The interior design emphasizes not only the presence of the indoor space, but also the connection with architecture and landscape. For instance, it extends the material of the building facade directly into the interior, and maintains pure French windows to bring in outdoor view and obtain a complete and expanded spatial experience.

The interior is mainly composed of three layers of space, including the entrance hall for brand display, the atrium-like property model area, and the negotiation area.

The design drew on traditional garden creation wisdom, and combined it with contemporary and future aesthetics. The entire visiting route is connected with waterscape and courtyard, which offer fantastic views.

In the entrance hall, the architectural glass facade was preserved as much as possible to allow the outdoor landscape to penetrate into the interior. At same time, LED screens are arranged like curtains, showing the brand image and guiding users to immerse into atmosphere of the interior. Passing through the long corridor, visitors will arrive at the property model display area, which is open and echoes with the corridor.

The negotiation area is naturally divided by semi-enclosed screens. The ceiling lighting imitates skylight, and the French windows bring in outdoor courtyard landscape. All of those elements are aimed to blur the boundary between interior and outside, and facilitate communication by creating an open, elegant atmosphere.
