The project was reformed and renovated by InterScape Interior Design. Previously Hilton Yuanyi Shanghai, located in Gubei, Hongqiao, it has been open for over a decade. “Having been in use for many years, many facilities and arrangements of the hotel are outdated. With limited budget, the core of our thinking was to integrate modern urban style and up-to-date consumption trends.” The designer said.



Over the years, InterScape has accumulated rich experience through their “global perspectives, local practices.” With the mindset of both party A and B, they provide adaptive solutions for cost control and operation logic of business hotels. Therefore in this reformation-renovation case, the design was not limited by budget, but exceeded the expectation of both investors and users, and helped realize business returns with high-quality spatial design.
