NanChang Jingkai Park is located in the northern suburbs of Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China. Right next to the Ganjiang New District.

The main concept of our interior design is “Ganjiang River Picture Scroll”, and borrows “Fan Space” as our design technique. Brings various scenes from Ganjiang into the mall to create a series of unique spaces that have a different experience with every step. The “Lotus Terrace” on the top level, and “Open House” on the northwest side are the highlight zones of the design. Themed children atrium “Fantasy Tour” makes the mall attracting the young families and college students to stay, which resolve the uneven hot zone and cold zone problem.

Lotus Terrace – Neighborhood Community Center
“Lotus Terrace” is not only a highlight zone, but also elevates the commercial values of the project. Because of the lotus like mezzanines which layering levels piled one above the other. The audiences would able to walk through, to see the commercial activities and exterior environments clearly which creates a fashion and delight atmosphere for the space.

Open House – Traffic Generator of the Mall-
Our project uses OPEN HOUSE to improve consumers’ cultural sensory experience. The entrance gets inspired by the “Page Turning” form that attracts the consumers to step in. A modern simplified Pavilion of Prince Teng which could also be seen from exterior. This section becomes one of the main memory points of the project.

Journey in the Wonderland – Paradise of the Young Family
The concept of Children’s space comes from “Alice in Wonderland”. The east themed children's atrium --“Falling into the Rabbit Hole” have integrated elements of CIFI, we design a set of installations, for children to play. The big staircase nearby provides a place to rest, and hold commercial activities. Other sections have been integrated into the “Pool of Tears” storyline which form a fairytale brings the consumers into this cute fantasy world.

Taste of Old Street – Reminiscent Market
B1 mainly emphasized the livelihood of the old street, we referenced the elements from the old street.
