Jinhai Majestic Mansion Sales Center, Shanghai

Located on the main axis of Jinhai in Fengxian New City in Shanghai, adjacent to Shanghai Fish, Nanqiao Central Park and Riverside Park, Jinhai Majestic Mansion gathers mature systematic support facilities, and is dedicated to renewing the urban youth living ideal. Zoom Design undertook the soft decoration design of the sales center.



With the core of "living in harmony with life", Zoom Design adheres to logic and innovation and takes "art of shadow" as the theme. Continuing the linear elements of the exterior architecture, Zoom Design explores the relationship between shadow and nature, humanities and life, and constructs a unique space with contemporary design to present the beauty of art and life.



In the process of artisticizing the waterscape, the designer focuses on the interactive relationship between shadow and space. As an aesthetic transition of functional space, the calm water surface resembles a mirror, reflecting the form of artistic lighting. A small boat is moored in the water, like a silhouette full of stars, full of poetry.



The lights made of crystal and metal are arranged in an array to extend the order and beauty of the space. The transparent teardrop sculptures, rippling stainless steel mirrors and metal grille screens are artfully reconstructed to express nature and shape life.



The window-facing negotiation area maximizes the adoption of natural light, with beige, copper brown and turquoise blue continuing spatial integrity. In the furnishings, the artistic interpretation of leather, metal and other materials echoes with delicate floral art and abstract carpets, highlighting urban life and natural humanities.



Minimal color order, neat artifacts, clean metal lines, and vibrant floral arrangements ......The water bar area continues the elegant style of the negotiation space and transforms the elements of urban life into the artistic infection of the space, creating a soothing atmosphere.



Following the pulse of the city, searching for natural aesthetics and humanistic connotations, Zoom Design presents an extraordinary sales space with artistic shadow, elegant and warm, leading the viewer from the surface of the noisy city to the spiritual core: enjoying the present moment.
