The 66 square-meter residence is filled with pleasure, comfort and warmth that only home can bring.



In this case, the designer intends to create a home for a family of four who are adventure-lovers. Hence, the theme of the living space is set to be “A Yacht”.



From stepping into the entryway, it’s like boarding the cabin of a yacht. All the scales and proportions are precisely set by the designer to create a configuration with a distinct entryway, 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen with an island. The entire public area is connected in series, allowing the view to extend all the way to the terrace (deck). The dining area, which is decorated in casual style, is relaxed yet elegant. It is the family’s favorite place to gather. The double-opening floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors can be fully opened to provide a seamless transition to the terrace, extending the space of the interior of less than 30 square meters, leaving it with endless imagination.



The color of the entrance, the ceiling of the public zone, and the single-arched doorway clearly carved out the entryway from the indoor area. The theme pendant lights make the interior more elegant and spacious. Appropriate FF&E, together with the space-saving double cabin doors and the bi-fold bedroom door make the entire design revolved around the theme of a yacht, which carries the family forward with their happiness and dreams.



The configuration of this design is in line with the concept of an anti-epidemic residence. UVC germicidal lamps are installed in the shoe cabinet and the coat closet at the entrance. The guest bathroom hidden by the entryway is an important line of defense to control germs. A negative pressure exhaust device is also installed inside the bathroom to allow air to circulate and exchange, effectively preventing the spread of possible outdoor germs from getting into the interior space.
