CR LAND SHANTOU MIXC ONE

Shantou MIX ONE is located in the heart of the peninsular of Shantou East Coast New Area. The aim of the project is to meet the local demand for leisure and retail space while reflecting the historical significance of the context it is in.

The design concept draws its inspiration from its nature and urban surroundings. The form - inspired by the endless waves hitting the shore, whereas a series of horizontal green corridors serves as the veins that interconnects the various spaces and functions throughout. The boundaries between outdoor and indoor spaces are further blurred with the introduction of the central courtyard - which is a microcosm of the four pillar of Shantou’s characteristics, namely "place / texture / nature / humanity", creating a never before seen and interactive experience with the project.

Through the seamless integration of design, leasing and operations, the Shantou East Coast New Area will not only be the new social and leisure destination, but the catalyst for further development of the area in the future.
