Yuelanshan, located at Quanzhou Taiwanese New District, is a new ecotown created jointly by Redco Real Estate and Fuzhou Dagang Property. Approximately 500 thousand square meter, it is a big real estate project with mountains, sea, lakes and other natural resources. As the frontier in the field of cultural-tourism property design, Bluemoon Design takes charge of the interior and soft furnishing of its experience center.

The design takes shape from the ripples of sea and the ridge peak of mountains, aiming to integrate the aesthetics of the reception in an abstract form. The contrast between the color azure blue and bright white, as well as the geometric variations of wooden squares and acrylic arcs fill the space with an elegant but lively atmosphere. The combination of transparent arc pieces and metal lines forms a hollowed-out artistic panel. In the sunset, it looks like a breezy sea or the shimmering red brick tiles of residential houses.

The designer has a keen intuition for the artistic presentation of fabric, material and color. She also presents the fluid form of the sea and the satin outline of silk in a wall decoration installation. Exquisite chairs, transparent white porcelain lights, ink-blue dyeing carpet, elegant protea... all these aesthetic elements in the space are closely connected with the natural taste, cultural implication, and the joy of life.

In the past 18 year, Bluemoon Design sticks to creative design with high spiritual value, innovates in culture, and interprets in art. “Furnishing design can’t rely solely on the decorations, because the spatial aesthetic needs a spiritual awakening.” In this project, designer Kelly Lin liberates from the previous experience and takes root in the local culture, gaining inspiration from nature, culture, and daily life, so as to create thoughtful and spiritual design.
