Central Plains Sales Center, Zhengzhou

As a creative plan coordinating with urban development, Rongqiao Central Plains is located in the core ecological area in west Zhengzhou. It works to create a better residential area which integrates ecology with urbanism and culture. The project is close to many ecological resources including Suohe Waterland, Wanshan Forest Park, Xingyang Chess Park and other parks. It commits to build a cozy environment for ideal life, paving way for urban lifestyle upgrade. The soft decoration of its sales center is jointly done by Rongqiao and Zoom Design.



The designer upholds the idea of getting well along with life, taking local culture as guideline. Setting nature, art, and humanism as core spatial themes, the designer explores rich urban humanism and natural aesthetics through the contemporary expressions of materials, lines, and textures, to construct brand new mental domains that evoke people’s deep resonance in cultural experience and emotions.



Based on natural materials and forms, the irregularly shaped wooden reception table, elegant dried flower, natural crystal line-shaped chandelier act as opening passage of the space. The design defines spatial tone in a simple way to interpret its beauty, presenting people with fresh and cozy visual and mental experience.



Going up the spiral staircase, the hanging crystal chandelier’s light and flexible style makes the structure more elegant. At the void bottom of the stairs, the design coordinates with the wall texture to create a modern simple spatial view through several wooden ball units.



Featuring original rough substrate, the design uses array brass chandelier, abstract geometrical paintings and soft black high stools to set a modern artistic atmosphere. Meanwhile, the interspaced vintage wooden ornaments inadvertently coordinate modernity with natural elegance in the space.



The designer sticks to the mission of exploring local culture, discovering natural aesthetic and creating artistic styles. In expressing its ideas in modern design, Zoom Design creates a dialogue among life, aesthetics, people and culture, providing the project with unique and brand new cultural charm.
