JOYLAND CLOUD MANSION

Ma'anshan is located on the east of the Yangtze River. In history, the most representative poet Li Po in Tang Dynasty and more than 600 of them had lingered here and loved the space. So Ma'anshan has the reputation of "half poetry, half landscape".





In practicing the park city design concept, putting people first and imitating nature as an important process of urban construction, embracing the site with humanistic ideas and reasonable functions, creating a future city park community that integrates children's play, leisure and health together.





The garden park's front space is adjacent to the sales office, and the courtyard uses a combination of sunken waterscape and curved passages that creates an immersive appreciation experience, providing diverse needs for the city's health care system and a quiet private health center.





The arc-shaped scenery wall extended to the outward, leading into the atrium landscape, retractable freely, and suddenly opened up. The core viewing area forms a three-dimensional floating courtyard landscape through the processing of different heights. The sunken yard waterscape rotates down, similarly to a cosmic vortex, surrounded by lamps and lanterns.





The backyard garden presenting a warmly returns home and a life-like landscape scene. As people coming closer, the children’s activity space has become the main content of the display. The design hopes to echo the children's simplicity faith and explore the novelty of the vast starry sky scenario. Children roam and play in the galaxy, chasing star dreams, their hearts are as pure as the universal galaxy, and eyes are brighter than the stars. The sky above the universe is dotted with colorful planets, creating an independent and connected children’s activity space for children. As a result, enhancing the overall vitality and envolving interactive participation of the site. In the future, it will become parts of the urban park landscape and bringing all the citizens here to enjoy a vibrant and interesting space.
