The project is located in the CBD of HangzhouCity, directly orientated towards the Qiantang River, which is aimed to build an urban residence that meets future residential needs and aesthetic trends on this land of great future value. Inspired by the tides of the Qiantang River, the dynamic elements of the tides are abstracted into facade texture units, so that the building stands on the river bank and integrates into the history of Qiantang River with its unique temperament. The design proceeded from the consideration of details, changing the combination to wrap the whole building with unique and exquisite splicing units, and put a layer of golden coat on the building skeleton. The three-dimensional golden aluminum plate makes a change on the building surface. Large areas of glass and refined aluminum components constitute a high-quality and highly recognizable building facade that that conforms to its environmental atmosphere. Based on daily living functions, window viewing, comfort, health and safety, the facade form is fully compatible with the functions on the floor plan. This dynamic architectural language will construct a blueprint for future urban housing. It is not only the top luxury mansion in the city, but also an urban viewing balcony, where residents can see the scenery from every room with a 270-degree window view of magnificent natural landscape and the bustling city living.
