C&D Manyun is a high-rise residential property located in the CBD area of Xiamen, standing opposite the 5A-rated tourist attraction Gulangyu Island. The location gathers five kinds of scenic resource including lake, sea, mountain, island and city, boasting splendid ocean view all around. Equipped with precious natural landscape, the project serves as an urban elite residence, refreshing people’s perception of a better life. The soft-decoration of both its sales center and show flats are done by Zoom Design.
Long adhering to the idea of living in harmony with life, Zoom Design is committed to studying the aesthetic values and lifestyle of urban elites. It also works to explore networking of the target customers and product value of the property, to strengthen their high-rise viewing and living experience, based on the dialogue with the target group and the connection with art.
“Starting from the aesthetic trend of our target group, we position the project as a ‘lounge in the clouds’ with which we create and improve personalized experience, to achieve spatial philosophy of the synergetic Bay Area and product values. In this context, we put our core thinking into defining the qualify of life, interpreting residents’ aesthetic orientation, and simulating their lifestyle through design.” Says Xianting Pan, the founder of Zoom Design.
With key inspiration of the sea of clouds, the design captures the urban "ocean view", bringing nature and art into the space, and putting people on a cloudy platform to converse with the city.
By studying people’s taste and lifestyle, the designer attempts to build a contemporary urban space filled with nobility and elegance. A combination of various materials and textures including soft wood, patterned marble, elaborate metal, and orange leather bags, sets the stylish tone for this space.
Simple and white marble tables, together with delicate CASSINA brown leather chairs, balance the pure and noble atmosphere in the dining room. Meanwhile, the amazing bay scenery outside the window acts like a natural background, providing additional beauty for the space.
