Jinan Times Future Science City

Jinan Times Future Science City is located in the New District of Jinan City. With its flat site and main urban roads around, the heart of the development centers on two key elements: a brand iconic and economic headquarters and an open urban public space. A horizontal field of high-rise building is set on the north of the site with good lighting and views, and multi-story volume is set on the south side. The greening spaces establish itself as an architecture-link, in the heart of them. The design aims to embody the company’s ethos for advanced, futuristic and inclusivity. The shape and color of the building reflect the characteristics of a sophisticated, elegant, and decent modern building. The facade materials of glass, metal and real stone paint are very compatible with the architectural concept. All the buildings designed as a whole, through the staggered arrangement of buildings, it creates terraces for the public activities to promote unexpected encounters, and also make the facade form richer.
