Haiyong Merchants Center Hotel

The project is located in the beautiful water light of Haiyong Town, Chongming Island. It is located in a quiet place in the prosperous city. The design team hopes to convey the concept of loving nature, taking quiet in trouble and calming the mind through the design, break the indifference of urban social interaction and realize the interaction between social interaction and natural space.

The design releases the potential of gray space of internal and external buildings through multi-storey three-dimensional, flexible and different degrees of interface closure, and establishes a variety of connections between space scenes. In addition, different privacy densities are integrated into layers of nested space to create multiple gradual boundary with increasing privacy gradient.

The warm tone of the front hall makes the space quiet and peaceful. The design combines the essence of traditional gardens such as mountains and water with modern aesthetic landscape, strengthens the visual experience with atmospheric and concise formal beauty and noble ritual sense, and composes the poetic and pictorial flavor of Jiangnan. Art naturally borders on space, creating a first impression display surface step by step.

The fitness, restaurants, bars and office meeting places of traditional hotels present a different state here. Simple logs and Retro Leather build a warm and transparent residence with pure color and surface texture. It not only meets the pursuit of multi-functional attributes, but also breaks the previous boredom, which is very elegant. Work, play, life and people are at ease here, away from the fast pace of the city, and feel the graceful and quiet time.

In order to meet the personalized needs of different customers, the designer deeply analyzes the oriental aesthetics, integrates the "spiritual perception" into the hotel, and creates a variety of guest rooms with different themes, so that the guests can dream into a better place under the infiltration of culture.
