Surrounded with perfect community amenities, the project is located in the southwest of the east side of Yueshanhu Park in Guanshanhu District of Guiyang City, with the completed Wanda Plaza on the east side and Yueshanhu Park on the west. The project consists of two plots, with a total construction area of 518,544.69 square meters. It contains residential, public rental housing, commercial, and public construction facilities (including kindergartens, and primary and secondary schools), as well as other comprehensive residential properties. The project adopts the concept of "site selection" to create the dwelling landscape of "natural mountain and water hidden in the noisy city", which is totally conforming to the surroundings. The idea of "People can live as if they were strolling in a painting" is a real annotation to create a peaceful residence by making use of the landscape.

The project aims at creating a balance point between human living and nature, focusing on the experience of place. It adopts the concept of "opening, developing, changing and concluding" to unify the community environment into a whole by utilizing the layout of multiple courtyards and the composition of the entrance sequence. It creates a ceremonial space of one axis together with three gardens and five courtyards. The main entrance, ceremonial axis, all-age children's activity areas and multi-level landscapes create a community environment with a sense of ritual order. The south entrance is designed for the landscape ceremony and the north entrance for the privately trees-lined alameda. All creative ideas aim to present a place with a natural landscape and a lifestyle of cultivating a "quiet" place.
