SUNAC Meilunxiyu

Located in Chengmai Industrial Park, Hainan, the project has realized landscape-scene integration by adopting H&S Concept’s core idea “Design for Dweller”. Making an overall plan of both cost control and high-quality experience, the project achieved the highest score of 91.77 out of 100 in Sunac Group’s third party evaluation, leaving the high-end projects far behind.

This project is excellent for its theme of park-like residential landscape. Working to build a modern park full of vitality, hope and poetic, the designer mainly puts his focus point on project completion and residential experience. Beyond it, the designer is also committed to mark the landscape full of humanity through innovation and professionalism, and meet people’s demands for a natural and tranquil community. To this end, the designer strives to reduce the harden area to pave way for maximizing the landscaping area with scarce forest, grassland, and local plants, in a contemporary, artistic and advanced approach. The vacation-like residence surrounded by green plants, together with the multipoint outlay of activity areas bring people a more available and leisure life.

“We work to build a community featuring with the ambience of “houses in a forest” in which when entering the community, people are firstly treated with green trees then buildings. In this context, people are provided with the original feelings of life from the orderly space arrangement, and layered and vivid landscape.” Said the designer. “Both the residential landscape and urban landscape function for people’s needs of traveling, transportation, usage and living. As time elapsing, despite that it would look different or maybe plain after a decade or two, landscape is full of vitality for its dearly interconnection with people and environment. Furthermore, the scene and impression it leaves to us are flourishing, timeless and sophisticated.”
