Phili Regency

Phili Regency is one of the few high-end projects within inner ring that attracts much attention from the market. It is a central lowering club house over 2000㎡ customized for the residents of this high-end residential area. We undertook the four integrated designs for architectural, landscape, interior design and soft outfit. Equipped with swimming pool, sauna room, yoga classroom, library, cafe, tea house, children’s learning area and other recreational facilities, the club house offers a space for family reunion and entertainment of residents as well as adds a lot of convenience to optimize the community lifestyle.

Break the Boundary of Interior and Exterior Space

The designer chooses glass as the key material for façade of the basement to let the natural light go into the interior space directly through glass.

Blending of Interior and Exterior Landscape

In the tea house at B1, the designer adopted a changeable style, wherein the vine curtain was applied to divide the space into many private meeting spaces; when the vine curtain is fold up, the space becomes open again, which adds the flexibility of space use. In interior area landscape, a complete interior water treatment system was applied and the tea house was designed into a floating pavilion on the water. The interior waterscape was connected and echoed to the lowering exterior atrium waterscape, which realize the perfect integration between interior and exterior landscape.

House Floating on the Water

The entrance is at the 1st floor and leads to the club house at basement through stairs. The entrance is well designed to attract residents. The outdoor waterscape at 1st floor makes the entrance a luminous house floating on the water surface through design of light and glass building. This brings ceremony feeling of reunion to the resident family.
