10 LaSalle rests on a corner site in Hong Kong’s covetable low-density neighbourhood of Ho Man Tin, where the presence of numerous elite schools has cultivated a rich academic culture in the community.



The project is in close proximity to La Salle College, one of the city’s highest reputed secondary schools. A bespoke design is therefore tailored to infuse the essence of literature (reading) into residential property to be integrated with the academic vibe. One of the concept’s key expressions lie in the residential clubhouse designed to resemble an opened book with flipping pages. Such metaphoric language gently connects the residents with the community and elevates the living experience with deeper cultural engagement.



The slender 19-storey single block is oriented to maximize the angle of view towards the famous Lion Rock and nearby cityscape, further facilitated by large glass windows letting in generous sunlight. The tower is set back from the street to mitigate the blocking of views by nearby buildings, especially for lower units, while reducing any street canyon effects.



The use of materials (aluminium and granite), texture (shiny and sculptural) and colour palette (bronze and light grey) are strongly associated with ‘contemporary’ in style and ‘craftsmanship’ in details.



10 LaSalle is infused with subtle touches of luxury executed through high-standard craftsmanship, celebrating boutique modern home living in an age of information explosion. More than just a property asset, it is a tasteful collectable.
