A happiness-bearing place

To create the ideal living environment, both the designer and the owner have researched in advance to reach a consensus for the overall design. Since the interior has to be designed with three different styles, the designer has carefully selected the colors, including the white, pink, and green walls of each room, and made configuration changes according to each member’s living habits. The outcome has formed a harmonious and joyful atmosphere, allowing the members to be soaked in laughter while creating stronger bonds with each other. “Home is where family is.” To give the owner a place to live and enjoy quality time with his beloved family, the designer knocked through three initial households to create an expansive and relaxing American-styled modern living environment. Meanwhile, each room is decorated in different styles according to each member’s preference to turn ideal into reality. Moisture-proof gypsum bricks are the primary building materials for this project; they have the characteristics of fire resistance, moisture resistance, shock resistance, good sound insulation, and non-toxic to give the household a healthy and safe living environment. The designer has also applied non-toxic latex paint to create an eco-friendly, anti-mildew, and antibacterial space; the paint also doesn’t spread smells and has the characteristic of showing rich textures when being painted on walls. In the end, the residence not only shows the unique personalities of all members with style but also embodies the concept of environmental sustainability.
