Shuangsha Mixed-use Project (Bidding competition)

The design responds to the "fragmentation" with "connection", establishes public elevated parks and public water-friendly platforms, opens up underground transportation connections, develops three-dimensional complexes, seamlessly connects towers and businesses, and establishes a friendly pedestrian system.

The project is positioned as an "urban micro-vacation leisurely paradise" and is built around the three concepts of "art description, ecology and fun" to create a shopping center that integrates special first stores, medium and high-end shopping, global style food, children's experience and art space. The vision is to open a new connection between consumers and experience, social, vacation and ecological art.

"Create the soul of the city by transforming the momentum of the landscape" is the design concept of our project. The project takes into account the natural environment of the area, draws inspiration from the landscape in traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, and strives to integrate the architectural design into the natural base of Langfang, putting "nature" in the architecture, echoing the regional humanities, and shaping a new image of the city.

The design concept of the building form is "multi-dimensional floating island, colony", allowing green space to flow and intersperse in the building to create more dynamic space. At the same time, the upper and lower spaces are linked in multiple dimensions to create a three-dimensional floating island, forming a multi-first floor staggered, pulling the value of the high area. In order to increase the highlights of the project, we implant 4 thematic floating islands, namely Cloud Restaurant, Cloud Theater, Cloud Art Museum and Sky Bar, so as to link eight highlight spaces, namely Flower Steps Path, Mountain Rain Stage, Boat House on Cloud, Breeze Hill, Floating Island Village, Leisurely Cloud Pavilion, Forest Bridge and Lighthouse Eye. Our project surrounds the park and integrates natural landscape and regional humanities through multi-layered platforms. The multi-dimensional overlay of mountains, rivers, forests and harbors allows people who have lived in the city for a long time not to have to work long distances, and to play lightly and wonderfully.
