Unitron Moxi B-R

Unitron’s Moxi B-R is a Receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aid for people with hearing loss. The Moxi B-R is powered by Blu, Unitron’s newest platform featuring a new highly advanced signal processing system, Integra OS. Featuring a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, multifunction push-button, an integrated LED light indicating battery charge status, an IP68 rating that ensures durability, and Bluetooth connectivity, Unitron’s Moxi B-R is designed for comfort and easy personalization, with technology that automatically adjusts to keep up with life’s ever-changing moments. Powered by the new Sonova PRISM (Processing Real-Time Intelligent Sound Management) chip, the Moxi B-R delivers an adaptable and customizable hearing experience designed to discreetly and comfortably fit behind the ear for all-day wear.



Integra OS automatically identifies and classifies up to seven distinct noise environments, automatically adapting to deliver a superior listening experience. Unitron’s unparalleled sound optimization includes AutoFocus 360, which enhances speech from all directions while reducing interfering background noise; Soft speech lift; AntiShock 2, which instantly suppresses sudden loud, irritating sounds, and Spatial Awareness, which compensates for cues typically lost with hearing aids needed for localization. Unitron’s made-for-all Bluetooth direct connectivity means that the Moxi B-R can connect to up to two Bluetooth-enabled devices simultaneously, allowing for media streaming and hands-free calling.



With the companion Remote Plus app, wearers can easily personalize their hearing experience right from their smartphone. Features include a bass, mid and treble equalizer, specific music genre options, and more. For special or unusual situations, users can access optional manual programs in-app, which can be adjusted in real-time to suit preferences and can be accessed again in the future. Hearing care professionals can remotely adjust the hearing aids to fine-tune the wearer’s experience.



In addition to the in-app personalizations, the Moxi B-R has a built-in multifunction button designed to control volume levels, accept phone calls, and switch between hearing aid programs. Multiple functions can be accessed using tap control, including accepting or ending a phone call, pausing or resuming media, or activating a voice assistant.
