Artisan Lounge

At the ground floor of the atrium, Artisan Lounge is conceived as a living and dining room of the K11 MUSEA, a new retail center celebrating arts and craft, where visitors can enjoy drinks and food while immersed in the artisanal quality of the atrium space. Three components, the Café, the Bar, and the Shop, define the Artisan Lounge.

Burgundy conveys sophistication and elegance, while bronze echoes with the materials used in other iconic architectural features in the grand atrium, such as the Escalating Climbers and the Oculus.

At the Café, people can enjoy all the architectural feature at the atrium. Through the trees and the bespoke lighting features, you can always discover new perspectives to enjoy the view of the atrium space. A hanging tea set tray is also designed and fabricated with 3D printing to become an integrated element of the cafe.

The Bar is a casual hangout space where people can sit or stand while enjoying their drinks. Floating above the countertop, it's an 8-meter long glass holder fabricated in brass tubes where we see it as an indispensable instrument for the Bartender's performance of wine-serving. Lighting fixtures and charging stations are also carefully embedded on the countertop.

The Shop sells on-the-go drinks and cakes, as well as special souvenirs of the K11 MUSEA. An organic ceiling feature is hanged above the Shop and an eye-catching wine glass holder made of bronze-tinted-stainless-steel defines the bar area. The design also features an innovative flexible shelving system, where each adjustable frame is electrified with low-voltage power so that the LED light at each adjustable shelf can be lit up when it is hooked on to anywhere of the frame.

Together, the Café, the Bar, and the Shop orchestrate a welcoming entrance experience in the K11 MUSEA atrium.
