2022 Beigang Lantern Festival

The vitality comes out after the post-epidemic era, as a new chapter for 2022.
Beigang is the hometown of the lantern festival. 2022 Beigang Lantern Festival lights show. There are five exhibitions, located throughout the township as the main body of Beigang town. The three principles are “ Beigang hometown lantern festival”, “Mazu bless belief”, “Post-pandemic Era Vitality ''. It is such a time travel to experience Taiwanese history, and combine the traditional skills with modern light arts.
The main lantern is located in front of the world top 3 Mazu temple, Chaotian temple. It lights up Beigang street as the holy light of Mazu. Traditional and devout beliefs also responded with local artists' street projects. To express the circle of life, the lives meet and heal in Beigan and be ready for the next trip.
