WENZHOU CIFI SHINING CITY

A “Linghang Xu” bear taking off with its head held high is designed on the layered waterscape, which adopts an overlapping design to highlight the position of the bear in the landscape. The curved corridor area and the curved waterscape on both sides surrounding the bear accentuate its dominant position and emphasize the first point of view in the foreground. The black and white paving strengthens the sense of flow in the foreground, with abundant and beautiful plants, so that the natural beauty and interesting cartoon images attract residents to visit. The “Linghang Xu” sculpture is composed of a “Xu” bear in a spacesuit wearing a supporting jetpack. Its overall upward momentum injects vitality and artistic atmosphere into the Oujiang River estuary. The large curved art gallery serves as a guide for pedestrians, and with the soft furnishings with planet elements, it increases the interest of the visiting line. The building's interior and exterior are integrated with three-dimensional transportation, with access to the back of the building from the second floor via a landscaped ramp. A large stainless steel installation acts as an artistic backdrop for the back area, combined with multi-layered white curved steps and dry spray water features to form a multi-functional composite space. The seats under the woods in the back area are well-layered, and the dual material use of white Tacstone and mirrored stainless steel creates a science fiction feel.
