This project provides its residents a variety of public facilities that are both practical and atheistically pleasing to meet the needs of residents of all ages. The designer wisely applies various textures and patterns in different areas to create styles. Every space is a surprise. The building thus becomes a modern-day paradise, where the residents here can enjoy and explore this resourceful environment with wonder and amaze.



Upon entering the lobby, one can sense the luxury dripping in the air. The boutique-like entrance sets up a tone of expensiveness with the combination of marble, golden hardware and the dazzling lighting. The pattern on the windows is a nod to the glorious 20s, which is the heyday of art deco. The flooring of the driveway is a mixture of stone veins, and the white metal meshes under the soft lights forms a satiny sheen. By paying attention to details, the designer elevates the experience of entering the building into a warm and luxurious welcome.



The interior space can be divided into three categories: for general uses, sporting area, and space for kids. The general use includes a reading room and the cooking room. The reading room comes with great lights, comfortable sofas, and a sleek ceiling. The room itself is a vessel for the knowledge in the books, so the design is rather simple and classic. The arch doors and the marble strike an interesting balance in the hallway, adding some dynamics to the space. Subtle, comforting blue is heavily applied in the cooking room, and the arched storage niches and the scales-like tides are definitely the highlights here.



The spacious gym has walls coated with plaster-like coating and decorated with patterned metals. The refined touches elevate the gym to a new level, where working out seems to be a privilege rather than hard work. The flywheel training area is equipped with huge mirrors to enlarge the space, and the sufficient lighting ensures the safety while training.
