THE OCEAN PEARL

The project site is located in Nanshawan, Nansha District, Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province, east to Planning Road (200m from the coastline), south to Shichang Road, west to Gangqian Avenue north, north to Planning Road. The project has a view of the Pearl River in the east and Jiuwang Temple Park in the south, and Huangshan Rusen Park and Nansha Golf Course in the west. The surrounding landscape resources are rich, and the project enjoys a 20-kilometer ultra-long coastline rare in the only bay area in Guangzhou at the same time. The project plot is square, flat terrain, which owns unique geographical location, convenient transportation conditions and superior ecological environment.

Based on the overall development logic of the project, we coordinates the relationship between the project and the surrounding natural environment and the urban built environment on the basis of respecting the existing social structure and spatial texture. Our intention is to develop Jiuyue Bay into an immersive beachfront residence on this scarce land and a life model for residents of Nansha District. Based on landscape resources and the innate Marine gene of the site, we creates the project into a modern style, stretches the concise lines to outline the light block, and intends to integrate the building into the site and coexist with nature.
