About The Entry

For the architecture surrounded by mountains and rivers in Chongqing, the designer formulated “mountains,” which are the geologic feature of this city, into the conceptual outlines of this design plan obscuring the boundary of space between business and people, thus creating a pure “World of Whiteness” that not only gives functionality to the space, also explores the container of spirit to a great extent.

The pure white reception desk is decorated with the western minimalistic painting skills that the geometric shapes inspired from the contour of “mountains” adorned such as the ceiling lamp fill the indoor space, which manifests the delicate charms, and unites the rhythms, patterns and emotions of spatial elements. As the sunlight filtering through the transparent floor-to-ceiling glass alongside the windows, where are embellished with the irregular shapes of metal lines, the lounges in the lobby offer the spatial experiences to see, to walk, and to relax. Without sophisticated colors and redundant ornaments, the elegant colors of furniture reveal the simple grace.

The designer geometrizes “people, “events” and “substances,” all of which as the elements in Chongqing. The design elements of the humanoid sculptures and artistic ceiling lamps create the new impression to an architecture. The space between the 1st and 2nd floors is decorated with the minimalistic art design method: diaojiao building, a regional building structure in Chongqing strengthening the connections among spaces with the “having you and having me” layout.

The designer has been tried to discuss the more different relationships between spaces and human lifestyles. The stairs not only connect floors, also are the abstract installation arts in better way. The fascinating visual ingenuity of dislocations, with the elegant and robust black and white patterns, demonstrates nothing but the derivations and externalizations of “beauty.” The plain VIP area, on the 2nd floor, is as appealing as a wonderland in real world. This area decorated with the modern art symbolic ornaments and the artistic sculptures exposes the soothing and nourishing moods.
