Mingfeng Weaving Office

This project is the self-use office space created by Shuhong Architectural Decoration for Mingfeng Weaving Company. As one of the most powerful weaving companies, the place pays more attention to the humanistic care of the space itself and the pleasing functions and practicality than the exaggerated decoration of the surface environment.
The project is located in the core area of the southeast coastal area, with a construction area of 1200㎡. It is transparent on all sides.
We divide the functions reasonably according to the needs of different spaces: the east side is an open and large office area, and the excellent landscape resources can adjust the visual angle of employees who work too long and too hard to bring a sense of burnout.
The center focuses on sharing and leisure functions, including exhibition reception, independent leisure, restaurant water bar, etc. It is an excellent place with quiet, private and humanistic care.
To the west is the high-level administrator's office, which is independent and quiet, ensuring the privacy of the high-level administrator's daily work.
The overall design leads to such a kind of thinking—updating the old work system and inertia, deriving the future office model with new values, so that the space can undergo long-term value evolution with time.
