About The Entry
Located in the heart of Zhuhai’s High-Tech District, HUA-CLUB is a 2,600-square-meter lifestyle clubhouse that reimagines the boundaries between architecture, nature, and community. Envisioned by CCD with the theme “Seasonal Forest Living,” the project transforms the traditional underground clubhouse model into a light-filled, elevated oasis that floats within a lush, layered landscape.
The design unfolds through three nested courtyard experiences inspired by traditional Chinese garden principles—creating a journey of progressive retreat. Soft curved building forms, vertical green walls, and flowing water features guide visitors into an immersive, rainforest-like environment where each step reveals a new visual and spatial encounter. A 270° panoramic façade allows natural light and garden views to pour into the interior, dissolving the barriers between inside and out.
The clubhouse houses a diverse mix of wellness and social spaces, including a gym, yoga and pilates studios, indoor and outdoor pools, a water bar, spa, VIP lounges, and a private dining room. A standout feature is the outdoor infinity pool, nestled within a sloped forest setting and anchored by an 8.6-meter cascading waterfall. The pool bottom is paved with custom mosaic tiles inspired by Van Gogh’s Starry Night, treated with photoluminescence to glow softly after dark—transforming the space into a starlit dreamscape.
Materiality and atmosphere play a key role in shaping emotional resonance. Natural stones, brushed metals, soft textiles, and sculptural lighting create a refined yet understated aesthetic throughout. Key social spaces, such as the café bar and cigar room, support both quiet solitude and intimate gatherings, offering residents a sense of both privacy and belonging.
More than a clubhouse, HUA-CLUB is a living narrative of nature, culture, and urban sophistication. It offers a new blueprint for high-end residential amenities in the Greater Bay Area—where design is not only seen, but deeply felt through light, texture, rhythm, and space.
