This product transforms the way fresh meat is prepared with its precision-engineered multi-blade system. What was once a frustrating chore is now a simple, intuitive process: one pass for slices, two for strips, and three for cubes. Designed for ease of use, it empowers anyone—even those with little kitchen experience—to achieve consistent, professional-grade results at home.
Cutting fresh meat can be particularly challenging due to its soft, slippery texture, often resulting in uneven slices, excessive preparation time, and safety concerns when using traditional knives. Conventional meat-cutting tools add further limitations: they require electricity, can process solely frozen meat, and offer only a single slicing mode, all of which diminish their usability and performance. To solve these problems, this product integrates 19 ultra-sharp blades into a single compact unit. With one press, it cleanly slices fresh meat into 18 uniform 2mm-thick slices—no pre-freezing or power supply needed. After slicing, simply reposition the meat and pass it through again to create even strips or fine cubes, enhancing processing efficiency by up to 90%. Moreover, a modular, quick-change blade cartridge (featuring 8 blades) allows users to switch between 2mm and 4mm thickness settings in seconds, easily adapting to different recipes and culinary preferences. Performance is further improved through advanced blade manufacturing technology. Each blade is crafted from high-strength 420 stainless steel, precision-ground at an 8° angle, and subjected to a rigorous thermal treatment process—including forging at 1050°C, deep cryogenic cooling at -70°C, and tempering at 270°C. Completed with five-axis CNC machining and magnetic polishing, the blades offer exceptional sharpness, durability, and smooth cutting performance through fresh meat with minimal effort.
Embracing the principle that “form follows function,” the design incorporates an oval-shaped meat tray, precisely engineered for optimal alignment between blades and slots. Its smooth, oval silhouette not only enhances ease of use but also contributes to a clean, approachable aesthetic. The base features an ergonomically curved handle that ensures a stable grip and efficient force application, enhancing both user comfort and cutting efficiency.
