This ultrasonic gas meter adopts the transit-time measurement method, combined with high-precision temperature and pressure sensors to perform real-time corrections under changing environments, ensuring stable and reliable measurement. With a turndown ratio of up to 375:1, it covers a wide range of operating conditions from very low to high flow rates, achieving Class 1.0 accuracy to address seasonal variations in gas consumption and ensure fair billing.
The core module is equipped with an ultra-low-power, high-performance SoC chip featuring independent data storage and adaptive algorithms for long-term stable operation. The main control board supports IoT functions, enabling remote meter reading, valve control, tariff adjustment, and fault alarms. With no mechanical moving parts, the meter offers extended service life, and it has passed IP67 protection and 50kPa pressure tests. Its strong resistance to electromagnetic, flow field, and pulsation interferences ensures secure data transmission and stable system performance, providing gas companies with an efficient and reliable solution for metering and management.
