Phoenix Villa Clubhouse, Yiwu extracts the spatial relationships of traditional gardens, studies Eastern lifestyles, and reflects on local humanistic art. Integrating contemporary design concepts, it creates a vibrant living space with oriental charm, presenting a "three-dimensional landscape garden scroll" to Yiwu.
Covering approximately 2,500 square meters, the building surrounds a courtyard and is divided into two floors. The ground floor is dominated by a living hall, where a full-wall glass window (14m long and 3.2m high) offers an unobstructed view of the courtyard. The tea pavilion is secluded in nature, facing the living hall across the space and forming a mutual scenic view. The private dining area is an exclusive enclave, establishing a visual connection with the sunken courtyard. The fitness center and activity workshop are located on the north and south sides of the courtyard respectively; leveraging the courtyard's elevation difference, distinctive spatial scenes such as a "floating yoga studio" and a "tree-top terrace" are created.
Driven by narrative scenarios to promote spatial integration, the collaboration across architecture, landscape, and interior design breaks spatial boundaries, ultimately achieving a complete expression of the humanistic living environment with oriental charm.
