HEFEI ONE PARK

This project aims to create an international resort-style art community in the heart of Hefei. Landscape design, as the core carrier of this vision, explores the cultural context of Hefei as a water town in Jianghuai, transforming the city's scarce scenery and historical heritage into modern design vocabulary. The project aims to create an immersive inner oasis wrapped in nature and art in the urban hinterland, redefining the paradigm of luxurious living in Hefei.

Landscape design takes natural aesthetics as its underlying logic, creating a "de-symbolized sense of sophistication" through the collision of minimalist geometry and natural textures. In terms of material selection, we adhere to the aesthetic standards of natural resort hotels, using warm and soft Beige Gold marble as the main tone for landscape walls and gray-toned stones as the main tone for paving. Their elegant hues perfectly blend into the environment, presenting rich and delicate changes under different light conditions throughout the day, creating an eternal, soothing resort atmosphere and pursuing a high-end, warm, and timeless texture.
