The design integrates the region’s spring water culture with contemporary lifestyle aesthetics, creating a space that balances natural ambience with human warmth. Through a careful orchestration of art, materials, and light, the project establishes an immersive environment with a distinct identity and a strong sense of engagement.
The spatial sequence begins at the front lobby, where visual guidance encourages deeper exploration. A sunken lounge extends this experience, offering a tranquil setting that fosters interaction with both landscape and self. Sculptural furniture and wood surfaces featuring annual ring textures evoke the passage of time, while art installations incorporating local bluestone reinforce a cohesive narrative.
Material expression plays a central role. Water ripple glass partitions and silk fiber carpets subtly reference the fluidity of spring water, while a restrained palette of metal, onyx, and natural tones creates a layered tactile experience. Light is carefully modulated to enhance softness and depth, contributing to an atmosphere of calm refinement.
The clubhouse is organized around a looped circulation anchored by the central model display, seamlessly connecting exhibition, negotiation, and social zones. This open yet structured layout ensures visual continuity while allowing spatial transitions to unfold naturally.
Functional areas are designed with flexibility and clarity. The negotiation zones balance openness with privacy through varied seating arrangements, while the tea area juxtaposes traditional ceramics with contemporary furniture, expressing a dialogue between heritage and modernity. The private dining space adopts a more introspective tone, using symmetry, material richness, and controlled lighting to create a composed and immersive environment.
Ultimately, the design transcends spatial construction to evoke a sensory narrative—where light, material, and cultural memory converge, offering a contemporary interpretation of place and a refined experience of everyday life.
