Eternal Art Nanchang

Situated along the first waterfront line of the Gan River, Eternal Art is located in Hongjiaozhou, Nanchang—where the city’s administrative, cultural, and riverside cores converge. Designed by CCD, the project takes the river as both a spatial and spiritual origin, translating the continuous flow of water into a refined living narrative that integrates nature, art, and contemporary urban life.
The interior design draws inspiration from the regional context of Honggutan and the evolving spirit of a new era. Through a dialogue between tradition and modernity, the project establishes a high-end social and residential environment with strong cultural identity. From conceptual development to material selection, the design emphasizes craftsmanship, symbolism, and experiential quality.
Public spaces are orchestrated with a strong sense of ceremonial sequence. The arrival lobby and reception areas adopt hotel-inspired spatial rituals, using sculptural forms, metal finishes, glass, and stone to create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Art installations themed around water, mountains, and flourishing life—such as Rhythm of Water, Steadfast as a Mountain, and Blooming Prosperity—serve as focal points, conveying meanings of vitality, stability, and optimism.
The sand table zone, lounge, water bar, and residential lobby are unified by flowing curves and layered compositions, reinforcing visual continuity while enhancing spatial depth. Functional spaces including the library, tea room, clubhouse, private dining room, swimming pool, and fitness center are designed to balance comfort with cultural expression. Natural materials, greenery, and curated artworks are seamlessly integrated to foster relaxation, interaction, and a sense of belonging.
Overall, the project interprets riverside living as a modern ritual—elegant yet warm, artistic yet livable—offering residents a refined lifestyle that resonates with both local heritage and contemporary aspirations.
