When the thousand-year elegance of the Song Dynasty meets contemporary Yulin, the 600-square- meter SKY GARDEN Marketing Center is co- designed by FENHOM & ZTD DESIGN. Rooted in cultural heritage and Yulin’s urban spirit, the project embodies “quiet luxury,” guided by Song aesthetics. Inspired by Yingzao Fashi and the refined tradition of Xiyuan Yaji, it weaves the four classical pursuits of Song literati—incense, tea, painting, and flowers—into the spatial experience, creating an immersive cultural journey that bridges past and future and redefines Yulin’s contemporary literati spirit.
This is not only a marketing center, but also SKY GARDEN’s contemporary interpretation of Song Dynasty aesthetics and pioneering exploration of elegant residential living in Yulin. Integrating historical charm, contemporary life, and future imagination, the space carries the thousand-year-old elegant rituals in a quiet luxury realm, transforming the flowing curved water into daily life and reshaping a poetic cloud courtyard for life. Here, Oriental philosophy and life aesthetics coexist harmoniously, redefining the height of urban luxury living and presenting a livable, appreciable, and navigable spiritual home for contemporary literati in Yulin. We invite the world to step with the breeze and attend this Song-style elegant gathering of ancient rhymes and modern vibes. SKY GARDEN, with Song Dynasty aesthetics as its brush, writes a new chapter of elevated living for Yulin’s literati.
