Designed as the Asia Pacific headquarters for an aerospace technology company, this 15,370sqft office in Singapore translates the client’s core values of connectivity, efficiency, and technological innovation into a cohesive spatial experience. The design responds to a brief that sought a forward-looking workplace while maintaining a refined and professional atmosphere appropriate for a global industry leader.
The spatial concept is inspired by aviation and network systems, expressed through curvilinear forms, fluid circulation, and a controlled monochromatic palette. A series of sculptural, sphere shaped meeting rooms are arranged around the front of house zone, creating a strong visual identity while allowing intuitive access from reception and waiting areas. These rounded volumes soften the workplace environment and subtly reference aircraft interiors without resorting to literal symbolism.
Lighting plays a central role in shaping the space. Custom coffer ceilings and integrated LED light strips are designed as flowing pathways that visually connect meeting rooms and shared areas. The lighting responds dynamically to movement and use for reinforcing the theme of connection while enhancing wayfinding and spatial continuity. Throughout the office, curved acoustic wall panels and glass partitions with geometric motifs further support both visual coherence and acoustic performance.
The main work area is planned for flexibility and efficiency, with workstations arranged to maximize openness while supporting collaboration. A restrained white base palette is accented with bold colors and graphic details to energies the workspace and reflect the company’s progressive culture.
Overall, the project delivers a modern, dynamic, and highly functional workplace that aligns spatial design with corporate identity. By integrating form, lighting and planning into a unified narrative, the office becomes both a productive environment and a physical representation of the company’s role in connecting people, systems and technologies across the aviation industry.
