About The Entry

FILA TOPIA Xi’an ONE STORE is centered around the concept of “two cities · sequence”—starting from ancient Rome, passing along the Maritime Silk Road, and arriving in Chang’an at the High Tang era (713–756). Through a reversed eastward circulation, the store integrates the brand’s Italian heritage with Chinese cultural symbols, creating a walkable journey through time and space.

The entrance facade is made of sedimentary stones which are horizontally laid and assembled in a staggered layout like ancient book pages, symbolizing the start of the eastward journey. Above, the triple Roman arches outlined in stainless steel have the same proportions as the Colosseum; stripped of ornamentation, their minimalist surfaces reflect contemporary aesthetics. Featuring antique metal tiles, rock wall fissures, and mirrored surfaces, the sports area is reminiscent of a miniature Colosseum. An interactive platform invites visitors to step into the arena as participants. The footwear area resembles a ship at the High Tang era, with the “FILA” ship installation standing at the center, symbolizing the brand as a new leader guiding the future of sportswear. The main activity area draws on the beam-lifting timber structure and mortise-and-tenon joints of Daming Palace, highlighting the timeless aesthetics of Chang’an. The children’s area is designed as a Silk Road-themed playground where children can draw, play, and explore, bringing the spirit of the High Tang era to life through interactive experiences. The checkout area is transformed into a “Silk Road Trading Post,” with a light array within a wooden-colored frame simulating the warm glow of a campfire, softening the transactional feel while reinforcing its identity as a cultural post. The fitting corridor becomes a “Blind Box Silk Road Galaxy,” featuring multiple small, blind-box-style fitting rooms that turn private try-on experiences into interactive moments. The VIP area features Italian-style understated luxury, combining deep brown solid wood, curved domes, and warm leather to convey FILA’s signature sporty elegance in a relaxed atmosphere. The store extensively uses natural stone, oak, polished stainless steel, and custom artistic coatings, balancing historical expression with practical durability. Safety is ensured through rounded corners, low-voltage power supply, and hidden cable channels.
