MIXC VILLAGE is the first premium outlet created by China Resources Mixc Lifestyle in the Greater Bay Area. With a total construction area exceeding 100,000 square meters, it is located in the Binhai Bay New Area of Dongguan. The project adopts a low-density "block + mall" design that integrates with the natural ecology, introducing over 200 brands (including 78 first stores in South China for outlet retail). It combines shopping, dining, and leisure to create a "fashionable resort destination where one can leisurely enjoy nature and beauty."

MIXC VILLAGE weaves a continuous emotional thread of "dream-seeking, relaxation, and healing" through eight immersive scenes: Skyward Voyage, Azure Rhythm, Secrets of the Soul's Rocky Shore, Sunset Feast, and more. Here, you can encounter "wondrous rocks" and cloud installations on a rocky islet; on the Sunset Island's lawn, savor breathtaking romance under the starlight with the evening breeze.

The lighting design for Binhai Bay Shopping Village employs a systematic and technically refined approach to shape a unique commercial resort light environment. From a technical implementation standpoint, the landscape lighting emphasizes the concepts of "concealment" and "infusion." By discreetly embedding fixtures within landscape structures and vegetation, and using low-level diffused light to softly wash the rugged textures of the rocky shores, while employing custom mirrored stainless steel ring lights to precisely outline the forms of plantings such as Canary Island date palms, the light appears to naturally seep from between the stones and through the treetops—creating a vivid effect akin to a "breathing theater of light and shadow among plants."

Architectural lighting focuses on "sculpting form" and "refining essence." The design uses precise cool-light projection to clearly delineate the building's pristine white triangular contours and rhythmic undulations, reinforcing its structural elegance—like "white silk solidified from ocean waves"—and its upward sense of strength. Key elements, such as the gable apexes of the VIP building and entrances, are selectively highlighted to create visual focal points and directional guidance. By concealing fixtures within landscape features or architectural details, a seamless dialogue is achieved between light, architecture, and natural textures.
