Guided by the principle of "living poetically in a bustling world while staying close to nature," this project explores the possibilities of living scenarios shaped by diverse inhabitants. Four distinct styles respond to different ways of living, each designed to restore a sense of airiness to daily life: The 63㎡ Bauhaus residence utilizes color as a medium, transforming each day into a journey of freedom and aesthetic discovery. The 90㎡ New Luxe Modernist apartment marries French romanticism with contemporary functionality, embodying an elegant philosophy of living. The 99㎡ Natural Vintage home cultivates a relaxed, organic atmosphere through the harmonious collision of old and new. The 106㎡ Minimalist Art Space seamlessly integrates art into everyday life, forging a living space of understated luxury and profound depth.
This project pioneers an "Integrated Variable Space" concept. The living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony, and flexible zones flow into one another, connected through a system of movable partitions and adaptable furniture that allows for instant scene changes—be it a family gathering or a personal studio, a relaxed outdoor ambiance, or a private home theater. The space is no longer static but evolves in response to the needs and lifestyle of inhabitants. Moreover, a vertically three-dimensional art storage system merges functional storage with artistic display walls. The modular, concealed design strikes a visual balance between order and refinement.
Centered on the vision of "technology empowering poetry, innovation redefining home," this project harnesses advancements in technology, materials, and structure to restore living to its fundamental purpose: comfort and well-being. Here, emotion moves freely through space. In the heart of a vibrant metropolis, it preserves a sanctuary of poetic everyday life for those who strive and build in Shenzhen.
