This project is located in Lize Financial Business District of Beijing, a dynamic business hub, and adopts the design concept of modern elegant luxury. It adopts natural materials and curated furniture to create an offering distinct from standard model homes in Beijing and addresses the challenge of homogenization in high-density urban environments. With the design strategy of exterior luxury and interior elegance, it transforms the vitality of the business district, ecological resources of park communities and surrounding humanistic atmosphere into the visual foundation of the interior space, enabling residents to feel the extension and envelopment of urban resources in their daily life. In terms of interior design, it leverages an artistic curatorial approach to distill the external prosperity and convenience into a tranquil, elegant and spiritually enriching private experience.
In spatial layout, the project centers on the serene artistic sense within modern light luxury. It takes neutral tones such as off-white, light gray and warm brown as the base, and combines them with marble, wood veneer and delicate metal lines to create a sense of layered and textured beauty. Art is no longer an accessory here but an extension of lifestyle. Distinctive art paintings, sculptural ornaments and luxury-themed visual symbols together shape the temperament of "Art Home & Peaceful", endowing the living space with a serene power like an art gallery.
This project moves beyond traditional Chinese symbols, and interprets Eastern charm through modern approaches. The application of light-tone flower-and-bird paintings, round dining tables, round coffee tables and non-synthetic materials subtly conveys the restraint and elegance of Eastern aesthetics. It also visualizes location advantages such as transportation, commerce, culture and ecology through design language via information-graphic maps, making the value of "living surrounded by resources" intuitively perceived.
The project emphasizes scene-based detail narrative. From the dramatic entry sequence to the refined living area, intimate bedrooms and luminous baths, each functional area features a unique atmospheric focus while adopting a coherent and unified material style, achieving the balance between spatial functions and sensory art.
