Geometry of Light establishes a new paradigm for Concept Design in the AI era by transforming classical music, real-time visual computation, and architecture into a single zero-latency system of spatial generation. Realized at Weiwuying—home to Asia’s largest pipe organ—the project decodes Bach’s polyphonic structure as the underlying logic of architecture itself.
Powered by a TouchDesigner-based real-time engine, 5G low-latency transmission, and ITRI’s AI computation, the system continuously analyzes the organ’s frequency, rhythm, and airflow, translating invisible acoustic signals into Gaussian Splatting light fields, particle structures, and architectural-scale moving geometries.
Within this framework, visuals are not pre-rendered media but live computational outcomes; the performer is not merely an interpreter but the trigger node of spatial formation; and architecture is no longer a passive container, but a medium that can be computed, activated, and reconfigured.
The innovation lies not in isolated technologies, but in establishing a replicable, scalable, and globally adaptable model of cultural computation. More than a work, Geometry of Light redefines the role of Concept Design across performance, media art, smart technologies, and immersive exhibition systems, setting a new international benchmark for next-generation cultural experience.
Music does not exist within architecture—it produces architecture.
