The residential lobby embraces the concept of “refined, quiet luxury.” Grounded in soft beige and mellow gray tones, the design is complemented by a balanced interplay of stone, metal, mirrored surfaces, and wood, creating a restrained yet sophisticated expression. As light and shadow shift throughout the space, they softly reveal the textures and materials, shaping an atmosphere that reflects a sense of refinement and elegance.

A well-designed reception desk can make a stunning first impression. It is composed along a symmetrical axis. The central accent wall, clad in richly textured stone, establishes a visual focal point. On both sides, metal elements and marble with vivid green veins frame the scene, adding depth and rhythm. Geometric volumes define the desk, while rounded edges and metal detailing soften transitions, creating a welcoming yet refined atmosphere.

The lounge is divided into two zones to accommodate different needs. One is for conversation and relaxation, and the other is for dining. The delicate differences in colors can offer a sense of purity and simplicity within the space. A bar cart can serve as a centerpiece, providing functionality and flair. A metal lattice extends from the wall and folds seamlessly onto the ceiling. As light meets the metallic accents, it reflects with a subtle shimmer, enriching the space with a sense of refinement and understated grandeur.

The ceiling features extended titanium-plated metal trims that guide the visual flow with continuity, while subtly concealing the presence of structural beams. The walls are divided by a composition of stone and vertically segmented metal elements, establishing a stable order. The art display area is set against a mirrored backdrop, amplifying the sense of visual depth. Full-height windows blur the lines between the inside and outside worlds, bringing nature indoors and creating a more comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
